You can rent a bike by visiting one of our three rental locations or by booking online through our website www.corkbikehire.com or by calling 085 2133972.
We offer a variety of bikes including regular hybrid bikes, electric bikes, children’s bikes, adult and children’s trikes. We also offer child seats and chariot trailers.
Rental rates vary depending on the type of bike and duration of rental. You can find our current rates on our website or by contacting us directly.
Yes, we provide helmets, high visibility vests and bike locks free of charge with every rental.
While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend making a reservation in advance, especially during peak seasons, to ensure availability.
Yes, it is possible to return your bike to a different depot – please make this arrangement at the time of booking.
Cork: 9:30am – 5:30pm daily
Midleton: 9:30am – 5:30pm daily
Youghal: 10:00am – 6:00pm daily
We recommend a variety of routes from each location, which are outlined in detail on the Locations and Cycle Routes page of this website.
The greenway routes are the most popular as they are predominantly off road.
Phase 1 an 8km stretch between Midelton and Mogeely is currently open. A second 10km section from Youghal to Killeagh is due to open in August 2024. Full completion of the 23km Greenway is expected sometime early 2025.
